Refuse collector (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking employees (m/f/d) for the bulky waste sorting facility to start as soon as possible for a long-term assignment.

Tasks

• Identifying Waste Categories and Sorting Them
• Sorting of metals, carpet, small electrical appliances, construction debris, residual waste, larger plastics (PE and mixed plastics), waste wood (Class A IV)
• Sorting into the appropriate mesh crates or tipping bins
• Identifying and labeling potentially hazardous waste (e.g., asbestos, mineral wool, explosives, lithium-ion batteries, hazardous waste, and improperly disposed items) and separating them promptly
• Compliance with waste management laws, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Compliance with PPE and safety measures, as well as company guidelines on hazardous substances and waste
