Drilling and Piling Equipment Operator (m/f/d) – Specialized Civil Engineering | Direct Hiring

On behalf of our client, an established construction company with challenging projects in infrastructure and civil engineering, we are seeking an experienced drilling and pile-driving operator (m/f/d) through direct placement.
You will work at various construction sites throughout Germany and be part of an experienced on-site team. You can expect diverse projects in specialized civil engineering, modern machinery, and technically challenging tasks.

Tasks

• Independent operation and control of large-scale drilling, turning, and pile-driving equipment
• Conducting drilling and pile driving operations for foundations and pile foundations
• Construction of sheet pile, driven pipe, and large-diameter bored pile foundations
• Monitoring Workflow on the Construction Site
• Maintenance and Care of the Machines and Equipment in Use
• Documentation of the work carried out
• Compliance with applicable safety and quality standards

requirements

• Several years of practical experience as a drill rig operator, pile driver operator, construction equipment operator, or heavy equipment operator
• In-depth knowledge of operating large-scale drilling and turning machines or pile-driving equipment
• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in specialized civil engineering or a comparable technical or construction-related qualification
• Class B driver's license
• Good, conversational German skills (at least B2)
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany for installation assignments
• Technical understanding, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Preferred: Experience with machinery from Liebherr, Bauer, Delmag, or ABI.
