On behalf of our client, one of the global market leaders in the chemical industry, we are seeking a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) in Hanau to start as soon as possible.

Tasks
- • Independently performing chemical leaching of recycled materials containing precious metals
- • Preparation of samples, as well as preparation of the measurement solution for ICP-OES analysis and of buffer solutions
- • Monitoring of test equipment as part of quality assurance
- • Receiving supplies and performing general laboratory tasks
- • Ensuring compliance with LEAN and 5S principles in the laboratory
requirements
- • Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession and/or several years of professional experience in a laboratory setting
- • Experience in an analytical, industrial setting in the field of precious metal handling is a plus
- • Experience in sample preparation and processing of materials containing precious metals is a plus
- • Safe handling of laboratory equipment and concentrated acids, as well as working with LIMS
- • Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Upon hiring: a clean Schufa record and a police clearance certificate
