Tasks

• Ensuring the Operational Readiness of Buildings and Technical Infrastructure
• Planning and Monitoring of Maintenance, Repairs, and Inspections
• Coordination and Supervision of Outside Contractors
• Requesting and Negotiating Service Proposals
• Planning and Coordination of Renovation and Remodeling Projects
• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and quality standards, and ensuring user satisfaction
• Leading and developing the team, as well as ensuring workplace safety and accident prevention
• If qualified: Assumption of the role of Certified Electrical Specialist (VEFK)

requirements

• Completed vocational training with additional education, e.g., to become an industrial foreman (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in building maintenance and contractor management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Leadership skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor
• A structured, independent work style, along with a strong sense of responsibility and a keen awareness of quality and costs
• Good written and spoken German
