We are seeking several employees (m/f/d) for production and assembly at our client’s facility in Tirschenreuth—a globally leading and highly innovative manufacturer of high-quality rollers and machinery for road construction and earthworks.

Tasks
- Assembly of mechanical subassemblies, engine blocks, and hydraulic components according to drawings and bills of materials
- Installation of control elements, sensors, and chassis components
- Quality Control and Tolerance Verification Using Measuring Instruments
- Compliance with safety regulations and documentation of the assembly steps
requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship in a mechanical or metalworking trade (e.g., automotive mechatronics technician, motorcycle mechanic, metal fabricator, metalworker, assembly mechanic, construction mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar).
- You are willing to work shifts (early and late shifts on a weekly rotation)
- You are reliable and known for your precise and meticulous work style
- You have a good command of German
