Tasks
- You enter delivery slips into our project database
- You maintain various bills of materials
- You'll be in charge of document filing
- You are the point of contact for our warehouse staff, technicians, and construction supervisors
requirements
- Completed vocational training in a business or technical field
- Ideally, initial points of contact in the areas of goods receipt and shipment
- A structured and organized approach to work
- Proficient Use of Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident and Friendly Communication on the Phone
