Tasks

• Purchasing, Demand Planning & Supplier Management
• Management of short- and medium-term material procurement, including order processing
• Selection, management, and strategic development of suppliers, as well as ensuring delivery capability
• Conducting price and contract negotiations and maintaining purchasing terms
• Obtaining and evaluating supplier documents that ensure quality (including PPAP, 8D reports, and initial inspection reports)

requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of merchandise purchasing, warehouse logistics, and international merchandise processing
• Completed vocational training or a degree in merchandise purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management
• Experience in process optimization and inventory management
• Proper Use of ERP Systems and Warehouse Management Systems
• Business-level proficiency in German and English, as well as a good command of French
