On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced QHSE Specialist (m/f/d) for a direct placement at their new location in Frankfurt/Oder to ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards and to continuously improve them.

Tasks
- Operational responsibility for occupational safety (EHS) and quality management at the site
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Planning and conducting security inspections, as well as tracking incidents and corrective actions
- Coordination and oversight of internal and external audits
- Creation and development of KPIs, as well as regular reporting
- Support for the continuous improvement of safety and quality processes
requirements
- A college degree or substantial professional experience in the field of QHSE / Occupational Safety / Quality Management
- A good understanding of the relevant legal regulations and audit requirements (particularly in Germany)
- Professional experience in logistics or an industrial setting is a plus
- A structured, precise, and detail-oriented approach to work
- A strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative
