Job description

We are currently seeking machine and equipment operators (m/f/d) for production at our client's facility in Neu-Isenburg, to start immediately.

Tasks

•  Management and Monitoring of Production Facilities 
• In-depth understanding of the systems 
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of machinery and equipment 
• Manage, monitor, and optimize business processes 
• Ensuring compliance with work instructions and safety regulations 
• Identifying and Resolving Equipment Malfunctions 
• Meet production targets and keep the manufacturing process running smoothly 
• Monitor Machine Operations and Ensure Productivity 
• Ensure the Proper Operation of the Systems 
• Loading, Operating, and Monitoring Equipment 
• Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks independently 
• Clean and document equipment according to the specified interval 
• Read technical drawings and set up equipment according to requirements (tool changes)
• Perform quality inspections on the manufactured parts in accordance with the work plan 
• Replace wear parts as needed 

requirements

•  Completed technical training 
• Completed Schooling 
• Experience in performing the above-mentioned tasks is preferred
• German language skills
• IT skills
• A careful and attentive approach to work
• Willingness to work 3-shift operations
