Tasks
- • Carrying out and monitoring manufacturing processes and operating machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions, production orders, and operating manuals
- • Maintaining the relevant documentation
- • Posting entries in SAP
- • Reporting discrepancies in incoming materials and manufacturing processes
- • Clean and maintain the systems and equipment according to schedule
- • Reporting Defects
- • Placing material orders (KANBAN system)
- • Material sampling
- • Implementation of and compliance with guidelines regarding EHS, HPS, and precious metal security
- • Taking the initiative in the improvement process and actively suggesting improvements
- • Shift handoff in the production area and shift change
- • Support in implementing the Heraeus Production System
- • Participate in projects within the production department
- • Assist the production manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory, permitting, and internal requirements, in accordance with the work instructions.
- • Preparing and conducting team discussions to motivate employees and achieve production goals.
- • Participation, collaboration, and facilitation of team discussions
- • Training new employees
- • Providing support to clients and supervisors
- • Loading and unloading tanker trucks
- • Take on and carry out support tasks
requirements
- • Completed vocational/technical training and/or several years of professional experience in a vocational/technical field and/or in production
- • Several years of professional experience in the field of machine and equipment operation
- • Crane operator's license and forklift operator's license (do not need to be available at the start)
- • Excellent written and spoken German skills
- • Strong computer skills
- • Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred
- • Ability to work well with others, resilience
- • Ability to work reliably and independently
- • Willingness to work full-conti shifts
