Your tasks:

• Independently advising demanding corporate clients and sales partners after successful training
• Comprehensive written and telephone handling of all customer concerns in the areas of applications, portfolio and services
• Compliance with the applicable service and quality standards and the relevant regulations (laws, work guidelines, etc.)

Your profile:

• Commercial training or completed studies
• Service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Convincing appearance and recipient-oriented communication on the phone, in correspondence or in personal contacts
• Knowledge of IT systems and Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm and flexibility
