Your tasks:
- General office organization
- National and international correspondence
- Scheduling, communication and coordination with customers
- Creation and checking of invoices and invoice book maintenance
- File management / filing
- Mail processing
- Management and ordering of office supplies and consumables
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Initial experience in the commercial sector desirable
- Experienced MS-Office knowledge
- Independent way of working
- Confident, well-groomed appearance and good language skills
