Your tasks:

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Checking, account assignment and posting of invoices
• Processing and monitoring of payment transactions
• Processing the dunning process, checking and clarifying outstanding items
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and preparation of advance VAT returns
• Asset accounting
• Communication office with auditors, tax consultants and external contacts
• Responsible for assisting with tax audits

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the field of accounting
