On behalf of a well-known customer from the Grimma region, we are looking for exactly you as a spare parts service employee (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
- Cooperation with service centers and customers
(definition of spare parts) - Identification of spare parts based on image documentation and telephone descriptions
- Advising and supporting customers and acquiring new customers
- Complete processing of spare parts orders
(order acceptance, quotation preparation, invoicing, processing of return deliveries) - Monitoring of orders in the current order stages
- Coordination of delivery dates in cooperation with purchasing and production
- Operation of the ERP systems
- Customs clearance/international shipping
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the technical or commercial field
- Ideally experience in spare parts service
- Technical understanding/interest in dealing with technical drawings
- Analytical-conceptual understanding and solution-oriented way of working
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and communication skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
