Job description

On behalf of a well-known customer from the Grimma region, we are looking for exactly you as a spare parts service employee (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Cooperation with service centers and customers
    (definition of spare parts)
  • Identification of spare parts based on image documentation and telephone descriptions
  • Advising and supporting customers and acquiring new customers
  • Complete processing of spare parts orders
    (order acceptance, quotation preparation, invoicing, processing of return deliveries)
  • Monitoring of orders in the current order stages
  • Coordination of delivery dates in cooperation with purchasing and production
  • Operation of the ERP systems
  • Customs clearance/international shipping

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the technical or commercial field
  • Ideally experience in spare parts service
  • Technical understanding/interest in dealing with technical drawings
  • Analytical-conceptual understanding and solution-oriented way of working
  • Sense of responsibility, team spirit and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
