Your tasks:
- Ensuring IT operations through maintenance and further development of the backup systems
- Administration of the network and firewall infrastructure
- Configuration of the telephone system
- Collaboration in 1st and 2nd level support
- Monitoring the IT infrastructure and services
- Support and collaboration in digitization projects for infrastructure topics
Your profile:
- Apprenticeship as IT specialist, system administrator (m/f/d)
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience and a high affinity for new IT technologies
- Good knowledge of networks and firewalls
- Experience with telephone systems
- Experienced with different operating systems
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
