Your tasks:
- Independent processing of credit, collateral and trust orders in accordance with guidelines
- Preparation of letters and documents in the credit business
- Acceptance of complaints/complaints
- Conducting telephone calls with customers and third parties and maintaining databases
Your profile:
- Banking training desirable
- Commercial training required
- High degree of reliability, precision and conscientiousness
- Good comprehension and learning ability
- SAP application knowledge is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
