We are looking for you for the position of Customer Advisor (m/f/d).

Your area of responsibility:
- You are the first point of contact for inquiries about orders, questions about the product range and all other concerns of our customers
- You take care of inbound communication by phone, email and chat
- Together with the team and our specialist departments, you always find the right solutions for our customers
What you bring with you:
- Solid PC skills and mastery of common Office programs
- Confident language skills in German
- Language skills in English or Polish or Dutch are what set you apart
- You enjoy providing advice and dealing with people and have good comprehension and communication skills
- We require the willingness to work in a three-shift system between 08:00 and currently 20:00 (Mondays to Fridays), as well as on two Saturdays a month in a shortened shift
