Your tasks:

• You represent the company and are the first point of contact for customers
• You receive customer orders, create them in the IT system and monitor processing
• You act as an interface between customers and the company's internal departments

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office communications clerk or industrial clerk, and ideally already have some experience in customer service
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and are not afraid to communicate in English
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• You call yourself a team player and have a high level of commitment
