Your tasks:
- Receiving fault reports and initiating the necessary remedial action
- Regular functional checks of the lighting and sanitary facilities, repair and troubleshooting if necessary
- Handyman and auxiliary activities as well as removal services
- Ensuring the timely and qualitatively flawless provision of services
- Carrying out conversions and cleaning work in the technical area as well as building tours including documentation
- Carrying out minor repairs and replacing and renewing consumables
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in a technical trade
- Ideally initial experience in building services
- Independent way of working as well as high customer orientation, flexibility and reliability
- Professional, personable demeanor in dealing with customers & colleagues
- Affinity for digital work tools (tablet, smartphone, service app & Outlook)
- Driving license class 3 or B
- Electrotechnically instructed person (EuP) desirable
