On behalf of a well-known customer, we are looking for a forwarding agent (m/f/d) in the field of pharmaceutical logistics with immediate effect. The position is to be filled on a temporary basis at the Florstadt site.

Your tasks:

  • Export processing including documentation (EU / non-EU)
  • Processing of imports including documentation (EU / non-EU)
  • Organization of special transports and courier services
  • Ensuring the temperature monitoring of transport orders
  • Customs clearance (export)
  • Processing of transport damage
  • Entering / processing deviation reports
  • Key figure reporting
  • Ongoing optimization of transport management processes
  • Creating / maintaining various transport statistics in Excel
  • Creation of pick lists for order picking
  • Order processing and administration in the warehouse management system
  • Compliance with customer requirements in accordance with the SLA (Service Level
    Agreement)
  • Stock management
  • Recording, checking and documenting incoming goods in accordance with
    customer specifications

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a forwarding & logistics, industrial or
    foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or studies with a corresponding
    focus
  • GDP experience (good distribution practice)
  • Knowledge of import & export
  • Knowledge of transportation management / customer service (air, sea
    and road)
  • English spoken and written
  • Customs clearance expertise
  • MS-Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to deal with deadline pressure and to work on a wide variety of tasks simultaneously
  • High accuracy
