Your tasks:

• Qualification of sinter pastes at the customer, including new Cu and large-area sinter pastes for SiC and GaN applications for electromobility
• Assembly and reliability testing of samples, including chips on AMBs or power modules on heat sinks
• Analyzing results (e.g. shear test, X-ray, SAM)
• Supporting the customer and production in the event of technical problems
• Close cooperation with the innovation department in the development of new pastes
• Maintenance of machines in the application center

Your profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, chemistry or a comparable field of study
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of assembly and joining technology, sinter pastes, metal-ceramic substrates, power modules and stencil printing
• Experience with quality methods (8D, MSA, FMEA or PPAP)
• Hands-on mentality and proactive way of working
• Fluency in German and English
