Tasks
- – Providing advice and sales support over the phone in English and German
- • Processing all orders, inquiries, invoices, and forms from our customers in the EMEA region in English and German
- • Export control in the area of equipment processing
- • Handling of export transactions
- • Provision of delivery documents (export and customs documents)
- • Telephone and written communication with customers in English and German
- • Calculatory review of orders and stored prices
- • Complaint handling
- • Forwarding customer orders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- • Organization and scheduling of cargo space and carriers
- • Internal communication and coordination with accounting, warehouse, shipping, and technical departments
- • Processing returns and credit notes
requirements
- Completed training as a wholesale/foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, or freight forwarding clerk, or knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in export/customs clearance
• Knowledge of customs regulations
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; additional foreign language skills desirable
• Customer-oriented thinking and corresponding commitment
• Communication skills and telephone skills
• Computer skills (Windows, word processing, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work independently and conceptually, quick comprehension with a high degree of responsibility and interest in quickly taking on responsibility
• Ability to work in a team
