Tasks

  • General office organization, including handling mail and emails
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Preparation of quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents
  • Scheduling and coordination, as well as preparation of meetings
  • Maintenance and administration of databases 
  • Posting goods receipts and issues
  • Clarification of inquiries and handling of complaints

requirements

  • Completed technical, commercial, or logistics training
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the logistics industry
  • Initial experience in truck dispatching desirable
  • Flexibility, commitment, and ability to work in a team
  • Thinking and acting economically
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Car and Class B driver's license are mandatory!
