Tasks

This is where you can contribute your energy: 

• A varied role in customer service and billing in the green energy sector
• Billing for "green energy" for heating and electricity customers and preparing heating cost allocation invoices
• Contact with customers via all channels: correspondence, email, and, of course, telephone
• You provide support for payment and dunning runs.
• In your day-to-day work, you will maintain and create customer, property, and meter master data, create and check invoices, record customer meter data, and create files and evaluations.

requirements

• Have completed commercial vocational training or technical training with commercial work experience
• Have already gained initial experience in billing renewable energy generation plants
• are experienced in using relevant software products and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Be able to express oneself well in speech and writing
• Are willing to continue their education
• Communicative and enjoy working with customers
