Tasks

• Independent procurement of goods and services, taking into account price, quality, and delivery times
• Identification and selection of suppliers, negotiation of prices and terms and conditions
• Analysis of market developments and trends to ensure competitiveness
• Maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships
• Execution of ordering processes and monitoring of deliveries
• Ensuring product availability and optimizing inventory
• Collaboration with internal departments such as production, sales, and quality assurance
• Reporting and documentation of purchasing activities

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of purchasing
• Professional experience in purchasing,
• Negotiation skills and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
