Job description

We are looking for a human resources administrator (m/f/d) for a client in Alzenau as soon as possible. 

The position is full-time and on a temporary basis with the option of being taken on.

Tasks

  • Implementation and preparation of payroll accounting 
  • Communication with health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions 
  • You create important documents such as contracts, references and work-related certificates 
  • Time recording and time management 
  • Supervision of a defined group of employees 
  • Master data maintenance 
  • You are actively involved in personnel development measures 

 

requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in human resources 
  • Operational experience in the area of wages and salaries or payroll 
  • Prompt availability 
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge 
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage
