Tasks

  • Payroll accounting clerk
  • Maintenance of master data and filing systems
  • Creation of reports and evaluations
  • Time and absence tracking, sick days and vacation days management
  • Communication with internal departments and external partners

requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in payroll processing or a strong willingness to learn
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
  • Team player, communicative, and able to work under pressure
  • Confident use of MS Office: Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
