For our client in Haueneberstein, we are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible as part of a temporary employment arrangement for project management in the sales department.

Tasks
- Independent management and analysis of sales projects in the context of new customer acquisition
- Support and structured development of new and existing customer relationships
- Creation, calculation, and tracking of project-related offers
- Implementation of sales controlling and systematic evaluation of relevant key figures to identify potential
- Contributing to the implementation of corporate and sales goals through fact-based recommendations for action
- Close cooperation with the sales force and active participation in trade fairs or customer appointments
requirements
- Completed commercial training or bachelor's degree – career changers with technical understanding are welcome
- Analytical thinking and strong aptitude for numbers
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with clear goal orientation
- Professional experience in sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical packaging or printing industry, is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in German, French, and English
- Team player and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

- Willingness to travel occasionally (3–4 trade fairs, 3–6 customer visits)
