Tasks
- Processing IT support requests (1st and 2nd level)
- Setup, maintenance, and administration of hardware and software
- Analysis and resolution of IT malfunctions
- Maintenance and documentation of IT systems and tickets
- Support for IT projects and rollouts
requirements
- Completed training in IT or comparable qualification with a focus on support and service
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) as well as network technologies and IT security solutions
- High problem-solving skills and service-oriented communication with users
- Independent and structured approach to work, as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
