Building technician / building services engineer (m/f/d)

Our client in Berlin is looking for a dedicated building technician (m/f/d), preferably with experience in heating, ventilation, and sanitation (HVAC), to ensure the maintenance and functional safety of building technology. Tasks

• Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of buildings and technical systems
• Carrying out minor repairs and assisting with maintenance and repair work
• Inspection and maintenance of technical facilities (HLS, electrical, sanitary)
• Documentation of faults and defects
• Close cooperation with service technicians and other specialist departments

requirements

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic, electrician, fitter or similar
• Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, plumbing or building services engineering
• Craftsmanship and technical understanding
• German language skills at least at B2 level
• Class B driver's license
