, we are looking for a dedicated team assistant/commercial assistant (m/f/d) who will keep the office running smoothly and support the team with a professional attitude.

Tasks

  • • Preparing and creating invoices and tracking payment transactions
  • • Creating, checking, and marking orders as complete in the IT system (e.g., Dynamics Navision)
  • • Maintenance and updating of master data
  • • Support in reporting
  • • Handling correspondence and general secretarial tasks
  • • Coordination of appointments and, if necessary, handling of orders

requirements

  • • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • • Initial professional experience as a team assistant, office assistant, or in the commercial sector
  • • Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics Navision is an advantage
  • • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor
