Job description

We are looking for a committed and qualified Quality Control Clerk (m/f/d) for our client to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conducting regular quality checks and inspections of products and processes
• Creation and maintenance of quality documents, reports, and protocols.
• Conducting training for employees on quality topics and procedures.
• Identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of measures to enhance quality.
• Analysis of customer feedback and implementation of corrective measures in the event of quality defects.
• Preparation and support for internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality requirements are met in all processes.

requirements

• Completed training in quality assurance (e.g., technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification in the field of quality management)
• Experience in quality management, ideally in foundry or sand core production
• In-depth knowledge of common quality and environmental standards and methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC, PPAP, environmental management systems)
• Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and assertiveness
• Confident use of common QM and environmental management tools as well as ERP systems
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
