Tasks

• Individual care and support for elderly people in inpatient and outpatient facilities –
• Support with daily personal care, nutrition, and mobility –
• Observation and documentation of residents' health status 
• Implementation of medical care measures
• Designing stimulating and employment-oriented measures to promote quality of life
• Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other caregivers
• Ensuring a clean and safe living environment
• Emotional and social support for residents and their relatives 
• Participation in team meetings and training courses for the continuous improvement of care quality

requirements

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Empathy in dealing with older people
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Physical resilience
• Willingness to work shifts
