Tasks

• Organization and handling of national and international shipping
• document creation
• Posting and maintenance of shipping and goods movements in SAP
• Deadline monitoring and coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal interfaces
• Checking shipping documents and compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Participation in the optimization of shipping and logistics processes

requirements

• Completed commercial or logistics training
  (e.g., freight forwarding clerk, industrial clerk, or similar)
• Professional experience an advantage
• Confident use of SAP
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Knowledge of English an advantage
