Tasks
- Advising managers on personnel-related issues
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy in consultation with senior management
- Support with personnel planning and recruitment
- Design, implementation, and optimization of HR processes
- Preparation and reporting of personnel reports and key figures
requirements
- Completed degree in business administration, business psychology, human resources, or comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in human resources management or a comparable position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of labor law
- High social competence and empathy
- Very good knowledge of German and English
