Tasks
- You are responsible for all matters relating to the import of goods.
- Organization of imports and customs declarations for import shipments
- Independent preparation of customs declarations for the relevant authorities, checking customs notices, arranging customs corrections
- Communication with suppliers, customs offices, freight forwarders, and internal departments
- Checking invoices for transport orders, calculating freight costs, and scheduling import containers; assisting with projects (SAP) and analyses for management.
requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in import management, preferably also in export and transportation management (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP TM / LE-Tra and GTS (desirable)
- Good command of common MS Office programs
- Strong team spirit and good English skills
