Tasks
- Organisation und Koordination von Transporten nach Kundenwunsch
- Buchung und Überwachung von KEP-Dienstleistungen
- Kontrolle der termingerechten Durchführung
- Communication with consignors, consignees and freight forwarders
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rechnungskontrolle
requirements
- Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
- Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche als Sachbearbeiter Versand (m/w/d) wünschenswert
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Ability to work in a team, independent working style and high customer orientation
