Tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the site with over 1,000 employees as part of a major e-commerce project
- Responsibility for all logistics processes: inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound
- Budget and profit responsibility for a sales volume of approximately USD 300 million
- Resource management: Efficiently managing personnel, infrastructure, and budget
- Process optimization and KPI management to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
- Implementation of new warehouse structures and management of ramp-up phases
- Interface management: Close cooperation with Finance, HR, QSHE, Purchasing, and the Central Eastern Europe Contract Logistics Team
- Change management and leadership: promoting a performance-oriented culture and implementing improvement projects
requirements
- University degree in economics, business administration, ideally with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or customer management—ideally in an international environment
- Experience in implementing new warehouses
- Leadership experience with large teams (1,000+ employees) Strategic strength combined with strong change management skills
- Certification in project management (Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent) is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
