Tasks

  • Checking, assigning, and posting incoming invoices
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of vendor master data and accounts
  • Processing of payment transactions
  • Monitoring and maintenance of open items
  • Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements and the preparation of evaluations
  • Collaboration in the optimization of invoicing and payment processes

HR department 

  • Supporting the human resources department in administrative and organizational matters
  • Maintenance and management of employee master data and personnel files
  • Assistance with payroll accounting
  • Contact person for employees regarding administrative personnel matters

requirements

  • Successfully completed degree with a focus on accounting or commercial training with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable commercial background
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting or a comparable position
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs 
  • Independent, highly structured approach to work and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in developing and implementing new processes
  • good knowledge of English
