Tasks
- Checking, assigning, and posting incoming invoices
- Reconciliation and maintenance of vendor master data and accounts
- Processing of payment transactions
- Monitoring and maintenance of open items
- Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements and the preparation of evaluations
- Collaboration in the optimization of invoicing and payment processes
HR department
- Supporting the human resources department in administrative and organizational matters
- Maintenance and management of employee master data and personnel files
- Assistance with payroll accounting
- Contact person for employees regarding administrative personnel matters
requirements
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on accounting or commercial training with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable commercial background
- At least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting or a comparable position
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Independent, highly structured approach to work and ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in developing and implementing new processes
- good knowledge of English
