Tasks

• You will check the daily bank statements and take care of all digital bookings. In particular, you will process incoming payments from our customers.
• Your responsibilities also include reconciling and auditing clearing and custody accounts.
• In accordance with proper invoicing and accounting practices, you will process booking logs and create documents justifying payments.
• Recording administrative cost invoices in the ERP system
• You carry out transfers and rebookings and keep an eye on account debits at all times.
• Internally, you will act as the contact person for questions relating to financial accounting.

requirements

• You have training as a social insurance clerk (m/f/d) or in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
• Ideally, you have already had contact with statutory health insurance.
• You are characterized by your strong customer and service orientation as well as your independent and meticulous approach to work.
• You are familiar with financial accounting software.
• You are a committed team player who enjoys developing your skills.
