We are looking for you as a Payroll HR Officer (m/f/d) in temporary employment for a well-known customer in the region.

Tasks
- Payroll accounting in accordance with all collective bargaining agreements, tax, and social security regulations using DATEV
- Administration and further development of the time recording system applications (ATOSS), support/training of managers in the use of evaluations
- Cooperation with external bodies (authorities, associations, etc.) and certification
- Maintenance of personnel master data
- Support with administrative HR tasks (e.g., drafting contracts, references, and certificates, recording absences, etc.)
requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with further training as a human resources specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field, particularly in payroll accounting and all related activities
- Very good knowledge of personnel administration
- Very good knowledge of labor law, social security law, and income tax law
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel) and ideally good knowledge of ATOSS and Datev
