The customer is a leading manufacturer of security products. Founded in 1994, the company employs over 350 people and has several subsidiaries. Products are developed and manufactured at the site in Hesse and exported to over 80 countries. We are looking for an internal service clerk (m/f/d) for the customer.

Tasks
- Commercial recording of customer-related data in ERP and CRM systems
- Creating regularcover letters
- Coordination of incomingservice requests
- Order processing forspare parts
- Collaboration with Global Markets and other internal departments
- Ensuring service quality and data maintenance
- Participation in special projects

- Several years ofrelevant professional experience
- High level of understanding oflogistical processes
