We are looking for a dedicated freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) to join our recruitment team, who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring shipments.

Tasks

• Planning and organization of national and international shipments
• Selection of suitable means of transport and logistics service providers
• Preparation of transport and storage documents
• Coordination and monitoring of transports
• Customer support and advice on logistics issues
• Cost calculation andprice negotiations with suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with customs and security regulations

requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the logistics industry
• In-depth knowledge of customs and transport regulations
• Good knowledge of MS Office and logistics software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented way of working
• Flexibility and resilience
