Tasks

• Responsibility for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Carrying out budget planning, forecasts, and target/actual comparisons
• Analysis of cost structures and profit and loss statements
• Advising and supporting executives on financial issues and strategic planning
• Conducting economic analyses and identifying potential savings
• Preparation and evaluation of key figures and reports for corporate management
• Development and implementation of reporting tools and dashboards to optimize financial decision-making processes
• Support in preparing annual budgets and long-term financial planning
• Participation in the optimization and automation of controlling processes
• Close cooperation with other departments, in particular financial accounting, purchasing, and sales

requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized or large company
• In-depth knowledge of preparing financial statements, financial analyses, and budget planning
• Proficient in MS Excel and common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, etc.)
• Experience in developing reports and key performance indicators, as well as creating dashboards
• Excellent analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Strong aptitude for numbers and a good understanding of business management concepts
• Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to work
