Tasks
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a defined group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, administration, offboarding)
- Responsibility for training and junior staff
- Support in planning and implementing personnel development measures
- Collaboration in HR Controlling
- Support for workplace integration management (BEM)
- Other special tasks
- Participation in HR reporting
- Preparatory payroll accounting
- Support for HR projects
requirements
- Degree (Dipl./Master) in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining law, labor law, works constitution law, and social security law
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Persuasiveness, assertiveness, personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, high stress tolerance, and resilience
