Job description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner/Experienced HR Generalist (m/f/d) for our innovative client in Sinntal-Sterbfritz.

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a defined group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, administration, offboarding)
  • Responsibility for training and junior staff
  • Support in planning and implementing personnel development measures
  • Collaboration in HR Controlling
  • Support for workplace integration management (BEM)
  • Other special tasks
  • Participation in HR reporting
  • Preparatory payroll accounting
  • Support for HR projects

requirements

  • Degree (Dipl./Master) in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining law, labor law, works constitution law, and social security law
  • Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Persuasiveness, assertiveness, personal responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, high stress tolerance, and resilience
