Tasks
- Processing and managing personnel files, including recording employee data and documents
- Preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Support with payroll accounting and maintaining time management systems
- Advising and supporting employees on personnel-related issues
- Organization and implementation of administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in human resources administration and good knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting
- Confident use of common MS Office applications and HR software
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and an independent, precise approach to work
