Tasks

• Responsibility for project procurement, from determining requirements to delivery and acceptance
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers and service providers to ensure the best terms and conditions
• Requesting, evaluating, and comparing bids, as well as selecting suitable suppliers
• Creation and management of orders and contracts within the scope of projects
• Coordination and management of the entire procurement process in collaboration with internal departments (e.g., engineering, logistics, project management)
• Monitoring delivery dates and budgets and ensuring the timely delivery of the required materials and services
• Cost and budget control in purchasing, identification of potential savings
• Processing complaints and ensuring the quality of deliveries and services
• Market observation and supplier management to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous optimization
• Documentation and reporting of purchasing activities and project progress
• Remuneration depending on qualifications

requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, business administration, or purchasing
• Work experience in purchasing, ideally in project purchasing or a similar field
• Negotiation skills and assertive communication skills
• Experience in contract law, particularly with regard to supply and service contracts
• Confident use of ERP systems and common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent approach to work
• Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and high resilience
• Willingness to travel, if necessary, for supplier visits or project implementation
