Tasks
- Responsibility for project procurement, from determining requirements to delivery and acceptance
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers and service providers to ensure the best terms and conditions
- Requesting, evaluating, and comparing bids, as well as selecting suitable suppliers
- Creation and management of orders and contracts within the scope of projects
- Coordination and management of the entire procurement process in collaboration with internal departments (e.g., engineering, logistics, project management)
- Monitoring delivery dates and budgets and ensuring the timely delivery of the required materials and services
- Cost and budget control in purchasing, identification of potential savings
- Processing complaints and ensuring the quality of deliveries and services
- Market observation and supplier management to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous optimization
- Documentation and reporting of purchasing activities and project progress
- Remuneration depending on qualifications
requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in economics, business administration, or purchasing
- Work experience in purchasing, ideally in project purchasing or a similar field
- Negotiation skills and assertive communication skills
- Experience in contract law, particularly with regard to supply and service contracts
- Confident use of ERP systems and common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and high resilience
- Willingness to travel, if necessary, for supplier visits or project implementation
