Tasks

• Creation of shipping documents (also for third countries)
• Customs clearance and preparation and checking of export documents
• Negotiations with forwarding agents for export deliveries
• Order processing
• Requesting and managing source documents
• Compilation of all necessary documents for the export of orders
• Requesting and managing required forms in the area of export control
• Quotation preparation

requirements

• Training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar
• Experience in customs clearance
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• General commercial activities
• Sense of responsibility
• Working independently
