Im Auftrag von unserem Kunden aus der Region Bad Homburg suchen wir genau Sie als staatlich anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d) in Vollzeit- oder Teilzeit.

Tasks

• Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von pädagogischen Aktivitäten für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 1 bis 12 Jahren von pädagogischen Einrichtungen im Raum Bad Homburg
• Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung der Kinder und Jugendlichen in sozialen, emotionalen und kognitiven Bereichen
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

requirements

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or completed degree in educational sciences – mandatory!
• Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting (daycare center, nursery, or after-school care center)
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
